At Volta, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. As a dedicated Australian supplier of e-bikes and e-scooters, most of our products are shipped directly from our Sydney warehouse—making delivery fast and hassle-free.
Shipment Processing Times
- All orders are processed within 1–4 business days from our Sydney warehouse.
- Some items may require additional quality checks, especially those containing lithium batteries, and may need special freight handling, which can take an extra 24–48 hours to arrange.
- During peak periods (e.g., Christmas), dispatch times may be extended slightly due to high volumes.
Please note: Certain items may be shipped from other warehouses or supplier hubs, which can extend delivery times to 3–4 weeks. You’ll be notified via email if your order includes such items.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and order size.
- Free shipping is available to metro areas for orders over $150.
- Free shipping does not apply to deliveries to WA, remote/regional areas, or islands.
- Bulky or oversized items may incur an additional delivery fee, regardless of location.
We work with several trusted shipping partners to ensure the best possible delivery times and service quality.
Due to the nature of electric products and Dangerous Goods regulations, particularly for items with batteries, interstate deliveries may take up to 2 weeks, and in some cases longer if shipped from other locations.
Delivery Accessibility: Please note that couriers will only deliver to the same level as their vehicle—e.g., street-level for houses or ground-floor entrances for apartments—and, due to safety and logistical reasons, will not carry e‑bikes or e‑scooters more than 6 metres from their vehicle or upstairs/downstairs, elevators, or over non‑level terrain.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a Shipping Confirmation Email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.

Damages
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us at contact@voltamob.co as soon as possible.
- Keep all original packaging and take photos of the damage to help us resolve the issue quickly.
- Some items may need to be returned for inspection before a replacement or refund can be processed.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
All product prices on our website include 10% GST. There are no additional taxes or duties for deliveries within Australia.
International Shipping
We currently do not ship outside of Australia.
