Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
- The item is returned within 7 days of receiving your order
- Deposits are non-refundable after 14 days
- The item is new, unused, unworn, and unopened
- All original packaging, tags, and seals are intact
- The item is in resalable condition and not damaged
We cannot accept returns on items that come in sealed packaging where the seal has been broken or damaged.
Chargers are exempt from our returns policy and are not eligible for return or refund.
Minor Variations
All products are supplied as advertised, subject to minor variations—these may include differences in finish, dimension, or features due to manufacturing tolerances, ongoing improvements, or photographic lighting. Such minor differences do not constitute faults and are not eligible for return.
⚠️ Items showing only minor variations (as defined above) are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
Change of Mind
Returns due to change of mind are accepted under the above conditions, but:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer
- A 10% restocking fee (calculated on the sale price) will apply
- If a pre-order is cancelled:
- Before the advised fulfilment date, and/or
- More than 7 days after the order is placed
- It will be treated as a change of mind
- In such cases, store credit will be issued instead of a refund
Transaction Fees
If you cancel an order paid via Afterpay, Zip or similar third-party payment providers:
- A 6% processing fee will be deducted to cover associated transactional costs
- This fee is waived if you swap to another product from Volta instead
How to Request a Return
- Email us at contact@voltamob.co with your order number and reason for return
- You’ll receive a Return Authorisation and instructions
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will confirm your refund, store credit, or exchange
